Dear Fam-

     1st things first, Shout out to Gav (Elder Joy) and Skeet (Elder Taysom) for turning 20!  This week was good, sorry again we don't have much time because the internet at the chapel is down and to email at a shop costs my arm and your leg.

     This week was awesome, let's start out by saying how awesome it was to get a surprise visit from Tanner Taysom's Aunt and cousins. haha just kidding but they came to visit their parents who are serving in my branch! Such a small world. It was cool to hear from them and talk to them just a bit! This week we had zone conference and that is always my fav, to be around all my friends and to hear and learn from the messages. Mine went pretty smooth, I was worried a bit it wouldn't be long enough but I was surprised when it just worked out perfectly. Heavenly Father's got my back for sure! haha for some reason it was SO much better than my talk at church. Also at church this week was a guy from Houston, Texas that was visiting (he served here 2 years ago) he came back for a girl haha. But it was super cool because when he came he brought tons of treats and stuff! How nice of him, and my comp and I have been enjoying.

     I got to interview people from another area in the district this week and I always love doing that. I interviewed a girl who's dad was shot and killed by his own church (he was a pastor) and it was just so amazing as she told me about the healing powers of the atonement of Jesus Christ in her life. I also just got news that one of our investigators from Dundee was baptized!! How cool is that! Sthembile, if you remember her. Anyway I'll forward the pic to you guys. All is well other than that! I can't believe you lucky ducks already got to see conference! I can't wait to see it.... actually I'm not going to lie we snuck into the Hillcrest ward to watch the Priesthood session (their ward has a satellite) and I LOVED it! Man, they really were such good messages! Elder Eyring the comedian! haha but I loved all of the talks and what a privilege it is to hold God's priesthood power! I'm so thankful for the example of great priesthood holders in my family who always have shown me how to honor such a privilege. I hope you guys have a good week, and learn from the messages given at conference! Love you guys!
