What's good fam-

     This week was a good one and flew past! I'm emailing late today because I went on a hike through the straight amazon hahah! It was fun though and no ticks this time so that's good! It's so amazing how much we feel the spirit each week on the mission. Like sometimes we don't always realize it, but it's there so much!! I love being able to feel the spirit and the comforting feeling that comes from doing what's right. We have so many investigators it's hard to keep up with them, only a few are coming to church though which is kinda sad/frustrating. We keep meeting more and more people who are interested and say they want to change, but aren't willing to put in the effort!

     I love a quote I found this week too, It's by Joseph Smith and in the September Liahona, "Happiness is the object and design of our existence; and will be the end thereof, if we pursue the path that leads to it." I loved that! The other experience I had this week was with Justin, a 28 year old guy. He was talking about all of the bad things going on in his life and he was wondering why things weren't changing because he was going to church and trying to be good and things. It just hit me like church doesn't change people, it helps inspire you to know what to change, it's us that makes the change! We have to be the ones who change and it's possible because of our Savior. I really am grateful to know that. I'm thankful for the investigators that we have and please pray for them that they'll be able to go to church.
