      Happy anniversary to my favorite parents in the whole world! Thanks so much for all that the both of you have done for me. I am so thankful for your example to me of  what love and parenting is all about. I love the both of you so much!

     This week was cray cray. We had a challenge from our mission president to find 14 new quality investigators (which I thought was impossible). Turns out I was very wrong! Elder Jada and I worked so hard, honestly probably the hardest working week in my mission so it felt so good on Sunday knowing all the work we put in! Besides that goal we also had a goal to put 1 person on b-date (baptism date) every single day.  Some pretty steep goals haha! We had 20 Investigators at church this week!!! I think the highest I've ever had in a week was maybe like 12. We were able to put 5 on b-date and have some baptisms coming up. It's so awesome to see the fruits of our labors so visible and it really inspires you to work that much harder. The field is white that's for sure!

     One of the coolest experiences that we had this week was on Wednesday. We were pretty tired and hungry so we stopped for a quick snack. As we were snacking I felt a bit guilty and bad that we didn't reach our goal for that day, so I told Elder Jada that we should go try to find someone to put on b date or a new investigator. I knew it was not the most fun idea because it was 5:30 at night, but he was supportive and we did it anyway. We drove to a place in our area of focus to a random house we both were led to and I just stopped the car and we went. When we met them it was a family of 7 with a mom and a dad! Elder Jada felt inspired to share the plan of salvation, I thought it was a bit weird but went with it anyway, come to find out their dad/grandpa passed away 2 weeks prior. We have seen them 3 times since then and they are eager for the gospel, they came to church and we will be seeing them again tomorrow. I am really grateful that the Lord really really blessed us for our efforts this week. We look forward to working with everyone we met this past week and helping them come to a knowledge of the truth for themselves (:
